Mr 7 is peeling potatoes for mash which he will cook in the thermomix, I'll quickly pan fry some lamb soon. I'm feeling completely uninspired with just the two of us to cook for, he is such a fuss pot! Veg is leftover stir fry from last night.

Katj your post reminded me that I was going to try Cookies DHs rice pudding; now to find his recipe. Must try the Syrian chicken too as I have downloaded the recipe. So many recipes to try.

I made a different quiche tonight. It was very nice. It had frozen spinach, bacon, onion and the usual eggs and milk as well as feta and cheddar.

Thanks. Tonight we had Jo's Chicken and Brown Rice soup and a No Fuss Bread with lots of seeds made into a plait and then twisted together. It was cut before I thought to take a photo.

Love what everyone is cooking.  Sick of bought food while away.  Did stop for lunch at Masons in Bendigo for a last meal.  This was exceptional. Will try and post some photos later.
We really do exceptional stuff with our machines.

You are so right Chookie. The other night I needed some pastry for the quiche base. I felt as though I couldn't be bothered but DH pointed out that by the time I removed some from the freezer and thawed it I could have short crust pastry resting in the fridge.
It so easy to make extremely tasty, healthy food.
