Out for lunch today. Had a TMX meal finished off with CP ' s Cream Puffs covered in Chocolate. Ral was in Heaven.
Bought a take a way roasted chicken to have with leftover mushroom Risotto. Also bought a loaf of SD bread. When checking ingredients it has 1% SD. How about that, hardly SD.

No dinner for me tonight. I had cake and coffee, 3 bowls of soup with Tuscan Bread, some fantastic Paleo bread, honey icecream with a chocolate flower biscuit and home made ice magic at Nikki and Nerissa's class today. Katj and Troupie were there too.

KristyS, the apricot chicken was very nice. I baked it in a Bessemer pot on the stove and it probably would have been better done in the oven (as the recipe) but I was saving power and not turning the oven on for one small dish when doing no other cooking.
I made Emerald Sues yoghurt ice cream to go with it but used mushed up strawberries in place of passion fruit and it was delicious so will buy some passionfruit and use that next time.

I feel like a little piggy, I did have some dinner tonight despite the fact we had a big beautiful lunch at Nikki & Nerissa's cooking class. When I got home I made Roti bread to go with left over curried Chicken which DH was eating for dinner . I had a very small serving mainly because I had never made the Roti GeForce and wanted to taste it. Yum!

The class sounded fantastic, I will get there one day.
I made Nicco's Gnudi and ragu, it's one of our family favourites. I made a double batch and popped one in the freezer for next Friday's tea when my girls get home.

Yesterday I went to Gaganis Bros (in Adelaide) and bought some spinach powder and some beetroot powder. Tonight I replaced 20grams of the flour with 20grams of spinach powder in some egg noodles I made in my new Philips pasta machine. The noodles were a lovely green colour and had a distinct spinach flavour. I used them in a beef and mushroom stir fry.
Loving the pasta machine. I think next weekend I'll make beetroot penne.

The green pasta looks amazing Katie. I must get some spinach and Beetroot powder.
We had Chinese Beef with Honey and Black Pepper Sauce from RecipeTinEats. It was so easy and lovely. We had it with rice.
