Tonight I had varoma salmon in honey and black pepper sauce (sauce leftover from a previous meal) with steamed veggies, rice and stir fried zucchini & carrot.

That sounds lovely Judy. We're having a salmon pie tonight. Last night we had Beef Basil from Nifty but Thrifty or is the Thrifty but Nifty, I can't be bothered checking. However it is a great little book.

Both dinners look delicious girls. We are having Chicken breast fillets that have been marinating in Buttermilk all day, I will crumb them in a mix of Dukkah & Quinoa flakes and cooked in the oven.
I have Pumpkin squares roasting in oven now for a Spinach & Pumpkin salad to go with Chicken.

I wish I was joining you. I just can't seem to get into the cooking mood.

Tonight I made "non fried rice" from the Recipe Community - the recipe that Judy recommended.

I used brown rice instead of basmati, cooking it for 15 minutes before I added the vegies and continuing with the recipe. I added some sliced snow peas and beans sprouts right at the end. We both enjoyed it, it was delicious!
