I have some potato salad in the fridge so I'm going to add a can of tuna to it for a quick meal on this hot 36 degree day.

We had a red wine beef pot roast. It was very nice. There was a fair bit of liquid left over so I blitzed it and thickened it, thanks to the thermomix.

Last night we had Beef Cottage Pie with cauliflower mash from Nifty but Thrifty. I found a cauliflower for $2 so decided on this. Initially I didn't like it because it is quite different to a traditional cottage pie. However I then decided I loved the it. DD and DH both loved it. I made a half mix and that was more than enough for us.
I served it with corn on the cob and Greek Zucchini Tots from RecipeTin Eats. They were delicious and we ate all of them! http://www.recipetineats.com/greek-zucchini-tots-mini-fritters/
