Does he make it in a TMX Michele?
That was a long shift, I hope you have some days off now. How's DH?

Gosh Mich, 12 hours is far too long. I hope you don't have to work tomorrow.

Don's real well thankyou, back at work tonight.
DS doesn't have a TMX and makes it on the stove, sterilizes the bottles in the micorwave.
No work tomorrow but do have to do in for a farewell afternoon tea as I'm catering for it - some relaxing fun in the kitchen.
DIL to be loves the TMX, so I'm thinking wedding present.

Choices here tonight; yesterday I cooked Chicken meatballs in tomato sauce, cottage pie and Sweet and Sour pork, all to put meals in the freezer for DH while I am away for a week. We will choose one for dinner tonight. I was so tired after doing all this as well as finishing a couple of tshirts to take so no cooking today.

I've put Mich's SC recipe on for dinner tonight. I will probably be busy towards the end of the day. Especially if I keep fiddling round all afternoon.

I made it with beef tonight and I always put a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter into the sauce. I serve it with rice. It's delicious.
