Beef and Stout from British Isle on a Plate . With home grow tomatoes, beans, pots and Zuchinni.
Last night Sausages from an award winning butcher at Ballarat. He is an old fashion type butcher and breaks up his meat at the shop.  I ordered and picked up some skirt steak. Can't wait to cook with it.
We hardly ever have ordinary sausages as I know that are usually, flour, fat , salt , spices and a little meat. These were lovely.

Dinner last night was a pork roast done in the kettle weber - it was perfect 
Served with BBQed potatoes and pumpkin,and zucchini muffins plus stuffed mushrooms; steamed corn, peas and carrots.

Tonight a roast chicken dinner 
with veg from the garden and another of miss 9s apple crumbles for dessert
