Honey Lemon Chicken http://www.recipetineats.com/honey-lemon-chicken/.  Really nice but so quick that you need to have your accompaniments ready to go.  I made half quantity and have another serve for tomorrow.

DD and I will be having a very light dinner tonight as we went to Nobu for lunch. It is a Japanese restaurant at our local casino. It was really lovely.

Love everything you make Kim.

A new quotation Denise, how long has that been there?  I agree wholeheartedly.

We had fish tonight and I made a couple of salads. DH had to cook his own fish as I had yoga.

Wow, I have so much catching up to do! All these ideas and recipes! I have so many books and e-books and rarely use them. Just lost my Thermie Mojo.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
