I had no idea what tartiflette was Denise but checking it out, yum! DS knows how to tickle his Dad's tastebuds.
Fish and chips is not something you would have been able to whizz out and buy at Cherokee Chookie, we all have our favourite shop and there's nothing wrong with having a night off occasionally so I'm glad you let the family talk you into it.

Looks delicious Maddy. Chookie you must support local business - especially the fish and chip, shop.

For myself I made MB's Vietnamese chicken salad. For DH I made roast beef and also this which I had a taste of; really nice.

I've been peeking at Anneka Manning's new book.
We're eating chicken something tonight. I'm also preparing tomorrow nights casserole for DH to put on. I'll be out from about 7.30am - 6.00 pm. DD and I are travelling up to the very northern suburbs for a full day cooking class.

I can't remember when I last had a choc self-saucing pudding Julie - it looks delicious. I like the sound of her dried cherry hot x buns too.

Judy, me too. I haven't made any buns this Easter, so will give them a try when we get back from hols.
Cookie, I bought her book as an ebook the other day after seeing these few recipes.

Thanks Julie. I didn't realise you could get it as an ebook.
