Thanks Denise, I hope it reheats well as I made the full quantity. I was looking at a couple of recipes and one served 2 so until I got to the 'add 300g pasta' I thought I was making the 2 serve recipe.

Judy, lucky Geoff.
Sorry, but I have never really come to terms with Quinoa. I can just cope when it is mixed with other grains.
No dinner tonight as DD and GC turned up for afternoon tea. We helped them eat scones strawberry jam and cream, Lemon Muffins( thanks Trudy), and Potato Gems cooked in AF.
Glad we had a healthy lunch, crab in my curry sauce on toast with salad. ,!!

CC, must look at that recipe. Thanks
Looks like Chow Mein for dinner tonight. Maybe Quinces cooked in SC for sweets.

Looks like a nice comfort meal Denise. I haven't made anything from her book, everything seems to have so many ingredients.

I'm the same, JD. Quirky's ingredients are also daunting. I've bought so many different ingredients over the last couple of years, I'm actually going to clean out my pantry and get rid of heaps of them. Wasteful, I know. But, I just don't make those sorts of dishes anymore.

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I've made QJ's soups and enjoyed them. I tend to use what I have for her recipes. I don't really follow her newer guidelines or Paleo ideas. GAPS and FODMAPS ( if that is correct).

I'm trying a Mary Berry recipe I found in a library cookbook. It's called Paprika chicken. The chicken has been marinating over night.
