Ditto Michelle, that frittata looks amazing CC.
We just had a bit of pan fried fish, home made chips (oven) and a Raw vegetable salad from this forum. Very tasty.

I only felt like a sandwich then I had 2 slices of fresh bread with jam and cream - it hit the spot nicely.

Toasted cheese sandwiches cooked in the AF. ( I had tomato and onion on cheese)  for lunch , and reheated in microwave,  roast dinner.
When we had visitors for lunch I cooked roast lamb with all the trimmings. The dish that all had seconds from was the Cauliflower in cheese sauce . I made the Awesome Cheese sauce from the Forum . I cook a whole cauliflower and 1 full recipe of the sauce. Just the right amount , and makes 8 generous serves.

I will have a look at that cheese sauce, sounds like it's popular.  Am making lasagne in a few days for DH so might make some to test it out.

Today I'm having another Salad in a jar meal called "Dukkah chicken, quinoa & roast pumpkin'.  Had the first one last night, will have the other serve tonight.  Really enjoying these recipes, so varied.  :D
