Your meal looks delicious Judy, I love recipes that give the calorie content, is a good guide. Will check that site out.
Your meal looks tasty too Cookie, did you enjoy it?
We both had a tuna nicoise salad last night (from in a jar book), was really good, DH enjoyed it too.

Thanks Julie. I agree, I think all recipes should give us nutritional details.
I was wondering the same as Julie cookie, is that the first meal you've cooked from those magazines and did you enjoy it?

Yes it is the first meal I've cooked from TMix+. We loved it, especially the cheesy, garlic polenta. I've cooked polenta in the thermomix before but this seemed so easy. I found the recipe easy to follow and it seemed to flow beautifully. A well written recipe. I put a teaspoon of vegie stock into the meatballs as I usually do this.
I've had the book for ages but never had the inclination to really look into it before.

Me too. I sort of feel a sense of achievement.
Last night we had a quiche from one of our cooking classes. It was different but nice. I will try and remember to share the filling of it.

That looks lovely Margaret. There are some great slow cooker recipes out there these days. I'll be cooking a turkey leg/celeriac SC casserole tomorrow.

We had Shredded Garlic Chicken with Dirty Rice. A recipe from Tenina's Insiders club. It was different but very nice.

Thanks CC. DH took a tiny bit and I thought ugh oh! But then he had more. DD said she would like wilted spinach on hers next time!!!! Admittedly she was home from work very late after a meeting, but she may well be adding her own wilted spinach. 😄😄😄😄
