Love cottage pie Judy, def comfort food.
I use my small oven more than my normal sized one these days, so handy and fast.

Cookie, sounds perfect.
Judy, that does look nice. I also love my AF. I use it nearly every day.
For dinner tonight, like the look of the recipe posted by CC. I don't bother with buying butter milk as I always have Greek yoghurt which I mix with half Lo fat milk.

Made a nut loaf over the weekend and DH thought, with a bit of tweaking, it could make an acceptable vegetarian / vegan haggis so it looks like I may have a few nut loaves in my future as I experiment a bit (if I can be bothered!)

I pulled two lamb pies out of the freezer and served them with mashed potato and steamed broccoli and carrots.

No, it's not on the forum, I got it from a blog called the Fat Free Vegan Kitchen and this is the
recipe
Very quick and easy, well worth giving it a try. It is really thick so I added a fair bit more liquid to make it more soupy, but it would also be good as a stew or even a pasta sauce or on corn chips, etc. I added some chopped up avocado to my bowl.

I added lots of veggies to the frozen pizza we had for Dinner last night. Add some finely sliced kale and was surprised how good it was.
