I have done mango sorbets, so thanks,

The basic mushroom risotto bumped up a bit with some chicken meat left over from a couple of days ago.

Obbie, what about a mango cheese cake  or the frozen mango bars

or just freeze them for later use

On page 40 in this month’s coles  mag there is a nice looking cheese  cake that calls for 2 mangos. i will be trying it soon

Really enjoyed dinner tonight.  The recipe is called Fillet steak, King prawns, Grilled asparagus & chimichurri sauce.  Oh boy it was good.
I par cooked the potatoes in the TM to then sautee on the stove top and steamed sweet potato and green beans in the Varoma.  I then  pureed the sweet potato with a little butter and a squeeze of honey in the bowl.  I completely forgot to add the green beans before taking the photo (dingbat).  :-))

Not much TMX action for dinner tonight. Smoking/roasting chickens in my new pizza oven for dinner. One is stuffed (made in TMX) and this other is perched on a can of beer with herbs added. Will be adding vegetables to roast as well and having steamed beans and asparagus on the side.

It's pizza night tonight. Last night we had Depome's Broccoli and Blue Cheese pasta with some sundried tomatoes on top. It was very nice.

Julie that looks lovely, what is the sauce?

Twitterpated, can I ask what pizza oven you purchased or did you build one? It's something we have always wanted for our backyard but never sure how good the cheaper ones are and really don't want to build one from scratch and the expensive ones seem over the top. I would be interested to hear how you find yours.

Wonder I have the Gasmate one on the new deluxe stand. Only had it a week so still testing it out. I made pizzas the first night and they were great. Thought I would try it for roasting yesterday and the chicken was very nice. Thinking Naan bread will be next. If you are looking to buy one don't be fooled into buying the cheaper model with the angled corners, the curved top one is much better. My DH bought me this one for Christmas as I was looking for an oven I can use outside as my oven makes the kitchen too hot in summer. Would have liked to build one but not sure if we will be staying in this house so went with the portable one for now. It can also be used as a smoker but thinking I will mainly use it for breads. Going to try using it for a glazed ham as well.
