Thanks Twitterpated, I've had a quick look and they looks interesting. Being gas I'm wondering if the taste is as good as a wood fired one - I'm assuming not but maybe that's were the smoker box could come into it.

i have been cooking with my son all day. going at 4 t, well not really out, going downstairs my plans where to bring a selection
of goodies.
but this is all i managed to do and the ice cream cheese cake that i made yesterday

Tonight is left over night so not much cooking as I worked all day
Bring on Wednesday when I home and can cook all day.

Fundj, We have so many mangos at the moment here.
We are buying them for less than 50 cents each.
I'll try a lychee sorbet too, as our trees are loaded.

We have just finished the Christmas leftovers for lunch so I will be making something tonight I guess. It is our wedding anniversary today but DH hates eating out. I don't really mind as I've had enough of rich food for a bit. Probably pasta tonight.

I think I will need to be cooking tonight too as the leftovers seemed to have walked from the fridge during the night (would have nothing to do with the fact that ALL teenagers were home last night at all
) Will be something simple here too - over the rich food and the full as a goog feeling
