That sounds delicious. I often tuna for lunch most days. Sadly DH isn't super fond of it.

I'm not over fond of Tinned tuna but do like tinned Salmon.
Tonight I grilled Lamb rump steaks, steamed mixed veggies and leftover fried rice. Mandarins for sweets.

I prefer tuna in cooked dishes and like you Chookie I prefer canned salmon straight from the tin.  I have however put a small can of tuna into a potato & egg salad or a Russian salad and I do enjoy that way.

Love tinned salmon , try to get it when on special . Will let you know the tuna I use it is the only one I will attempt to eat . Tonight we had Skinnymixers roast pork and apple sauce , steaming pork belly in varoma then finishing it off in the oven " Yummy Mummy "  yes a win .

Cooking Roast Chicken with veggies and remaining sticky Date Pudding. Will make stock from leftover bones. Seem to be making a lot of soup this cold weather.

It's very handy to have in the fridge Chookie, it makes stir fries so quick and easy.
