Using up bits and pieces in the fridge I made this veggie flatbread for one, quite tasty really.

Judy, that looks delish. It is very similar to the veggie pizzas cooked at the Creswick swap.

It looks very healthy and tasty Judy.
I made the Jaffa Mousse from TMix+ and we had that for dessert tonight. Even though it uses avocado I still found it rich, possibly not used to it now.
I put some natural yoghurt on it.

Did you cook the fillet for less time Denise?

Tonight is crumbed chicken. The larder is empty here so it will be with peas from the freezer and I think I have a couple of potatoes left.

It was a bit overcooked Judy so would only do 15/20 minutes next time.

Haloumi and Zucchini fritters from Tenina. Last night I made a savoury tart to go with the chicken so we will finish that off tonight with spuds and peas. No shopping today as I'm meeting teacher friends for lunch before they go back to work.
