Our niece who's staying with us is meeting friends tonight so DH and I are eating up leftovers. It will be either Quiche or Spaghetti Bolognese  ;D

Peppermint crisps , just reading those words makes me want one right now ! Jaffle egg tonight , return trip home from Melbourne again ? Last night DD and I had minestrone soup. Really like those ice cream moulds from AA . OK so peppermint crisp icecream sounds to delicious.

The Pork hock was delicious. Much more meat on it than I expected. The skin crisped up nicely.

Shepherd's Pie. There is going to be a big storm tonight so I thought this would be a cosy meal. Comfort food for people scared of the wind!

Your dinner sounds lovely Judy.
Last night was ok. A bit windy and 11mm of rain but I didn't need the port! If I'd been in the van I would probably have needed quite a lot!

Tonight's dinner is roast chicken.

Haloumi burgers. I have the rolls rising at the moment. With AF chips made from Maris Piper potatoes. It's the first time I've seen them in WA.
