I made Chicken Polpettini ( I used turkey) with steamed rice and green beans ( didn't have any green beans so substituted frozen peas)

We have finally got our BBQ set up so will grill some steak. Probably have Coldslaw with it.

It’s starting to become BBQ weather Chookie, I think my gas bottle is empty. I rarely use the Weber Q these days so I’m sure the bottle or connection is leaking.  I always turn the bottle off first as I am supposed to do.
I cooked SC lamb shanks for my overnight visitor so I may have the leftovers tonight.

We're having Shepherds Pie tonight. I have bookclub and DD will eat later as she has a meeting .

We are having a RTE recipe. I think it's called chilli mac'n cheese or something similar. I will only make a half quantity otherwise we will be eating it for a week.

Last night we had chops and coldslaw. Have not had coldslaw for ages , family demolished it .

I made my version of this recipe tonight (2 serves), mine had more sauce.  Cooked the pasta in the TMX and the sauce in a frying pan but it could be made in the TM.  https://shewearsmanyhats.com/mushroom-florentine-pasta-recipe/

Had lunch in Melbourne yesterday so just lamb shank and barley soup for dinner with garlic bread made with the last piece of Ciabatta.
