Yum lamb neck with quince may have to be on the menu soon . Steamed salmon with fresh ginger , mango and nectarine salsa , home grown beans and some asparagus also basmarti rice .

Creamy chicken and mushroom pasta, yum! We usually make a tomato sauce for the little one though "mushrooms are yuck" she says  :o :-))

That sounds nice Alison jones. We had RTE fish pie. I only made half but there is still at least 3 serves left. I used smoked cod, red emperor and prawns. We really enjoyed it.

Cookie, that Fish pie recipe sure makes a lot.  Your selection of fish sounds nice.
I am roasting the Pork belly today.  I know it won’t be as good as the one Judy cooked for us when we visited.

Judy, I always remember a great dish. Yours was exceptional.
Because we have a visitor we will have the Red SilkChicken and stir fry veggies for lunch.   Something light for dinner.
