I won’t be cooking anything for the whole coming week with our high temperatures.  My appetite deminishes in heatwaves anyway but there’s enough in the fridge, freezer and pantry to keep me going for weeks.

Last night , after a lovely cold Xmas lunch we had an assortment of things for Dinner.
2 asked for Baked bean jaffles !!! 3 had Prawns and 2 had toasted ham and cheese sandwiches.
For sweets 4 had Mango Fluff and all had Brandy snap baskets filled with icecream and raspberries. The Portuguese Tarts seemed to just disappear.  I made 4 dozen little tarts and there were only 6 left by last night.   I gave some to a neighbour but the rest just disappeared.

I'm sure your Portugese Tarts were enjoyed Chookie.

I'm sure you will enjoy that Denise. Does he do any bread or side dishes with it?
