Tonight is a pizza meatloaf. I've never made it before so we will see what it's like. We will have veggies with it.

Tonight we had traditional caravan food. A lovely scotch fillet steak, a couple of potatoes sliced and cooked in the frying pan with a green salad.

A Chicken casserole from the freezer, that didn't get eaten when the visitors were here.

I’ll send DH over Chookie. He will eat tripe!

We walked down the street and picked up a chicken breast and a couple of rashers of bacon. In Margaret River today we bought a rye SD loaf and a Seeded SD loaf. We will put it all together tonight with salad and make a burger.
I had a lovely chat with the man at the bakery. He feeds his starter up over night, goes to work in the morning and makes the breads, then let’s them rise and bakes them. He said he has fresh bread around 3-4 in the afternoon. It was a little old factory unit next door to a junk shop in the industrial area. The bread is very nice.
Excuse the picture but it was taken in the van.
