I had some extra spinach so I put that in too. We had the Ciabatta with it.

We were supposed to have a Haloumi and cannelloni bean curry. However I had bought curry paste instead of a simmer sauce, had used all the beans I had in the pantry.  We had a created Haloumi curry, minus any beans. It was still nice. I made some Naan that you cooked in the frying pan. I didn’t rave over them as Naan but they will make a delicious flat bread.

DS gave me some fish from his freezer, flake, whiting and calamari.  Not sure which one to have.

Cleaning out the leftovers from the fridge.  Pumpkin & sweet potato bake, 1/2 pie, mashed potato, fried rice and a little bit of chow mein.
