I have taken left over Pepper Steak Pie out of the freezer. I cooked broccoli and cauliflower in the Varoma this morning so I will make a cheese sauce for it.

We had a Chilli thing from a diabetic magazine. It was very nice and there is enough left for at least one more meal.

I cooked a recipe from one of Sophia’s Kitchen FB videos. Red Curry Salmon but used Cod Fillets instead of salmon. DS gave me some of his homemade red curry paste so I could make the recipe. The recipe was very nice.

That sounds lovely Denise.
We had some pesto chicken. For dessert I made Tart Tartine from Skinnymixers. It’s nice enough but I won’t make it again. I don’t have a lot of success with her recipes.

Made chow mein yesterday for tonight's dinner, the left overs will go into 4  pies, 2 for us and 2 for GS.

Love all the winter cooking.
Cookie, your comment is interesting about how you don’t like some recipe developers recipes.  I have found also that I don’t like the recipes of some cooks and just love those of others. I also think some are also easier to convert to TMX.  I can’t find fault with .jill Dupleix and love American Dorrie Greensplans biscuits.  Could make a long list :o

Delicious looking desserts Ral ate Chookie. What was the pink dessert? It looks like a big piece of Rose Flavoured Turkish Delight.😋
