I always find I can fit everything back in after a freezer defrost or tidy up Chookie, it works like magic and all of a sudden there is space which in no time gets filled LOL.

I had my main meal for lunch as I often do so I tried a Costco beef bolognaise sauce over thin spaghetti.  It was really nice so I will buy that product again, for me it works out to $2.50 a meal.

Brilliant price Judy. We are having haloumi again with cannelloni beans in a curry sauce. We will have rice with it. I haven't got time to make naan this afternoon so unless DD wants to make it we won't be having any.

Italian style Chicken Casserole from freezer.  Enough for tomorrow as well. I bought a chicken for $8. Cut it in 1/2.  4 meals out of each 1/2. Added a tin of Italian tomatoes and olives.  Rosemary and parsley from garden.

I buy the naan bread from Costco too cookie, do you have that store over there yet?  They make great bases for individual pizzas, I can fit 2 into the air fryer.  Tonight I’m having the rest of the pack of bolognese sauce over spinach and 3 cheese ravioli from guess where LOL

I hope you get to check it out when it comes cookie. I could spend half a day there easily.

I will certainly be heading to Costco when it comes Judy. I’m looking forward to it.

Tonight we are having pizza. I have just rolled out the pizza dough and it is sitting on the trays.  DD will put everything on them and DH will cook them in the pizza maker. A family affair.

We also had Pizzas for lunch yesterday.  It was nice for a change. I made 1/2 dough recipe and it makes 4 pizza bases. Used Polish sausage , Mozzarella and made tomato sauce for base with a tin of diced Italian tomato with added Italian herbs and onion tops.
For dinner last night, grilled fish from Queen Vic Market. Made a pasta bake from Ratatouille mixed with home made pasta , topped with cheese and Panko crumbs.  Made lots. I always lightly spray crumbs with oil before I bake.  Gives a lovely finish.

I always love the sound of the dinners being served. Tonight we are having chicken cooked in the AF then shredded and put into rolls with salad.
