Shepherd’s Pie here tonight with lots of half dead veggies added to it.

Grilled Salmon. Might make RTE carrot salad and cucumber salad to go with the Salmon.

RTE's carrot salad looks very tempting, I think that will go onto my list at the weekend!

Tonight is lasagne.

We were obviously all interested in RTE’s salad postings, I’ve also made a note of those 2 as well.

Change of plans for last tonight dinner .  I am able to buy locally made sausages without onion or garlic. I had watched Jamie Oliver squeeze out the filling to make meat balls, so did this. Made a lovely pasta sauce with tinned toms, red capsicum and Zuchinni. Used gluten free pasta. Added Parmesan. All FODMAP friendly.

Quiche and veg last night.  Will have the leftover quiche tonight.  I also like the look of RTE carrot salad.  We used to put currants in a carrot salad years ago.

That’s good news Chookie.
Mum used to make a carrot salad years ago called Copper Penny. It was carrot, a tin of tomato soup with Tabasco and I think a few other things.  Not really a favourite.

Dinner tonight is a curry chickpea dish. With rice.

Bacon, mashed potato and ratatouille. DS provided the mash and I found the ratatouille in the freezer.
I will look at the RTE salad recipe Chookie.

That sounds delicious Chookie. We are having barramundi with AF chips and coleslaw, Lentil salad and beetroot from the garden.
