Last night we had Soba noodle salad with smoked trout , light and tasty . Used this salad from the festive cookbook for a Xmas lunch one year ( no smoked trout ) the satay sauce is great , just adjust to your own taste buds , I would use less sesame oil and Tamari , soy sauce . Too hot to cook much today .

Steak and salad last night.  Tonight is roast turkey roll and salad.  I am trying out the air fryer with the turkey roll.

We went down to Fremantle and had fish and chips sitting where the Swan River goes out into the ocean. (Sorry for those who are dieting) it was lovely and cool too. Tonight we all just had ham in rolls, DD and DH heated theirs in a non stick frypan, I had mine with a cheese slice and avocado.

Not a problem at all cookie, I’m not tempted by any of the things I once enjoyed.  Tonight I’m having a pork scotch fillet with veggies or salad, haven’t fully decided yet.

We had sausages, salad and a potato dish tonight. DH said he would cook dinner and he and DD washed up. It was lovely.

I bought a Pulled Lamb meal ( reduced in price) from a supermarket. Last night we ate a Beef Stew DS gave us.

The meal was horrible. I couldn’t eat mine.🥴 I just ate the steamed veg that I made to go with it.

That's bad about the pulled lamb Denise.

We are having a RTE meal tonight.

Yes, disappointing to have to toss it Denise. Did you offer it to Chance first or were there ingredients in it not suitable for dogs?

Will be home so probably just soup.
CC, that is awful.  We have had a couple of frozen meals lately.  From Safeway.  Not tooooo bad. Chicken Kiev from Steggles was the best.  Cooked in AF.

Chance throughly enjoyed the lamb Judy.

Tonight we had Spaghetti and Meatballs in tomato sauce.

With all that is going on here today I think I will make some Risotto. Easy comfort food in the TMX.  Probably chicken and mushroom with a little fresh thyme.
