Bit stupid today! Can’t find RTE thread.
When I make her recipe for chicken wings, I use 1/2 the quantity of Baking Powder. Still works but no taste of Baking Powder.

Those rice tubs are great my teenagers use them when very hungry as a snack . Also the packets just cut the top and zap in microwave. Have to say we love rice icooked in TMX too.

Mab, thanks but I was looking to post in the link on the Forum . I don’t like the taste of too much baking powder. I have RTE online booklet on Chicken wings.
Lamb rump steaks for dinner tonight. Stir fry veggies.

We are having a beef roast. I have put the Easy Cook out into the laundry to help keep the kitchen cool.

We had chick peas, cooked with a tin of tomatoes, some onion and garlic and a bottle of Beerenberg double pepper sauce. I cooked it until it was really thick and we had it with lettuce, tomato, cheese and natural yoghurt and a RTE flat bread.
Quite good for another hot day.

Had a Fast800 recipe, Cowboy Beans, I can't believe how delicious these were for a diet recipe (only 309 calories!), I think these will be made obsessively in the future!
