Cookie, have often seen them at Wilsons but don’t quite fancy them. I think you are more adventurous than me.
Grilled lamb chops for dinner. Stir fry veggies.

We enjoy the white Kipfler potatoes but these were a new adventure.
We are having sausages, green peas and mash tonight.

We had a stir fry tonight. The beef had peanut butter, ketchup mains and sambol olelek (?) rubbed into it and then stir fried. We had it with rice.

The chicken was very nice but the little garlic bread rolls were the real favourite. Amazing! I make 30 small rolls from 520 flour. Garlic flavoured Olive Oil smeared in tin, baked and garlic butter smeared on top when reheated.
Dinner tonight, gravy beef stew cooked in SC yesterday. Pasta left over and broccoli. Yoghurt and honey icecream with blueberries.

I really enjoyed my Aldi steak with steamed veggies, it’s the first time I’ve bought their single cryovacced pack and will certainly do so again. It was cooked medium but that doesn’t show up with the gravy on it.

Lovely Judy. The garlic rolls sound as though I could eat lots of them.
We had pumpkin soup with ciabatta, then smoked salmon fried rice with egg in it.

A very hearty meal for winter Judy, I bet it was delicious.
I made Skinnymixers cordon bleu for DH yesterday, so he'll have same tonight. I've put the other 2 (uncooked) in the freezer for a quick meal at another time. He absolutely loved it.
I'm making a salmon meal for me today on a base of edamame spaghetti.
