We had Courgette and Potato soup and bread. I didn’t feel like cooking much tonight.

Tonight we are having ricotta gnocchi in a salad. I made the ricotta yesterday and it is lovely and decadent. It's Tenina's recipe.

After the most delicious Xmas lunch we had leftover roast beef chicken , hot smoked salmon asparagus and cos lettuce .

Last night where out at a catered drinks , most delicious marinated lamb cutlets also baby soft crab sliders . Tonight home groom lamb hamburgers with veg .
