Steamed chicken tenderloins with ginger , couscous with persevered lemons currents and chilli and vegetables. Not bad for a late meal .

I bought a wedge of the Coles Red Leicester cheese, JulieO, and it really is delicious, so many layers of taste.

Dinner ... well Xmas party leftovers - no surprise there!

Julie, beautiful photo of a lovely dish.
We are having Lobster Moray tonight.  We went to the Vic Market on he way home.  Lobsters cheaper than I have seen for years. I also bought a whole Salmon and beautiful prawns.
We really miss the fresh seafood in Ballarat.

The presentation of those two dishes is so amazing Chookie. I can imagine that they tasted delicious too.
We are having steak and something tonight. Possibly chips and salad.

I love the plate your lobster is on Chookie. I don't mind cooking the evening meal but I am getting tired of thinking what to have. Tonight i checked the meat drawer in the freezer. I've taken out mince and some speck. I think it will turn into some sort of pasta as I have a heap of passata in the freezer too.

Crispy skin salmon rice greens and mango salsa followed by Coles hazelnut mousse dome cake !! All cooked by DD for my special dinner . Cannot tell you how delicious it was and the mouse cake was really good . I asked the bakery lady in Coles if they had a fresh one , she hesitated but said there was a frozen one but she had to put a date on it thus into the yeti esky then freezer , popped it out today all good . Might have to get a few for the freezer , best B cake ever . Hot tip ask for the frozen one and put it straight into your freezer .

Your kids are very thoughtful K Atie, it must be nice to have them home for the Christmas break.
