 Chicken drumsticks, marinated and then roasted.  With a mixed vegetable & risoni  dish.

Crumbed chicken thighs tacos !! Made a quick coleslaw to use in tacos . So good use of leftovers.

Roast beef and roast veggies. Spiralized Zuchinni and carrot, ratatouille , roasted cauliflower and plum tart.

Found two portions of Lasagne in the freezer for dinner tonight. Last night we had Kedgeree. Pork chops cooked in the SC the previous night. Cream of Tomato soup ( UK cookidoo recipe) with toasted ham and cheese sandwiches one night.

Prawn Pasta , a Greek dish but added it to pasta . But not many prawns as I was only allowed two packets of 250 gm prawns due to lockdown !!

RTE baked beans with toast from the bread I made yesterday. It was delicious.

DH and DS had a hamburger in bun takeaway for harvesting. DD and I had leftovers lemon and coconut Dahl, nann bread rice and yogurt . Peppermint ice cream slice bars .
