Pulled a batch of Hungarian Goulash out of the freezer.

Last night I made pancakes for dessert seeing it was Shrove Tuesday.

Roast pumpkin, spinach & vegetable quiche tonight with salad.  Mango fluff for dessert.

Made RTE Sweet and Sour Pork.  Very nice but made a couple of changes.  Used a sugar substitute and followed the instructions up to the deep frying part of the pork.  AF instead of deep frying.  Not as crisp but very nice.

We are having an old favourite tonight. Salami (cooked to get the excess fat out), penne, heated cherry tomatoes, spinach wilted and bambino bocconcini..

Me too please Denise.

We are having another Cookidoo recipe for dinner tonight. I will report back on it.
