You can use lots of dressing on your salad Judy, that will help with the calories.

We had pizza tonight. I did one as a Pizza Bianca. It was rather nice.

What did you put  on the pizza, Cookie ? I sometimes make one for GD with potato and Rosemary.
Last night roast chicken on BBQ and potato Gems.

I cooked the potato slices first. The sauce is mascarpone, a little Parmesan, zest of a lemon and chopped sage. My base was hot when I put the sauce on so it sort of melted but was still very nice. If you have the book Simple it’s in there.

Tonight is Smoky Chicken pie from the WW Pie book 1. We had a little chicken over form the roast last week so I will use that. It has chorizo in it too.
