DD and DGS for dinner tonight, DD has requested Celery soup.  Will cook a chicken, Italian Hunter style with Rosemary, tomato and olives and leftover lamb casserole. Italian Apple tart.
Had oodles of rice leftover from RTE chicken and rice dish.  The rice was particularly nice , infused with butter, onion and garlic.  An excellent side dish mixed with frozen mixed veggies.
Visitors asked for Apple tart recipe so probably should put it on Blog.

Italian restaurant was lovely. It was southern Italian food, they make their own pasta. Service perfect and all food served very good. Will certainly add to list.
