Chow Mein here tonight with rice.    Known in our house as green meat, named by the kids when they were small because of the cabbage and beans.

Last night we had a chicken pie, tonight is sausages and mash with chicken wings that will be cooked in the AF.

We're having a RTE recipe that sounds easy and delicious. It's cubed potato with mozzarella on it, then some garlicky prawns and asparagus all in a parcel and baked. I may put some other veggies in it too.  https://www.recipetineats.com/creamy-shrimp-cheesy-potato-foil-packet-recipe/

Family coming for dinner tonight to catch up with my Mum who’s staying for a few days.  So roast lamb & vegies.  Still haven’t worked out what do do about dessert!

Meatballs made from Italian sausages. The tomato base is mostly veggies and then zapped in TMX with tomato paste. Baked Apples stuffed with my Quince and Apricot paste mixed with flaked Almonds.

Your baked apples sound lovely Chookie. We had a bean soup with some of The Cheese and Chilli bread that Katie put up here. It’s really nice. The soup had chick peas, cannelloni beans and kidney beans. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14275.msg320350#msg320350

Thanks for the link, Cookie.  Katie’s recipe and your bread look good.
