It looks delicious Chookie. I have a couple of those dishes. They are rather handy.
We are having Shepherd's Pie tonight with all the veggies thrown in.

I’ve had to buy some smaller dishes to heat meals for 1 so I’ve looked for dishes with lids for a while now, much easier than covering with cling film or alfoil.  I also have some thin silicon squares in different sizes which I put over anything small that needs a lid, they work well when heating in the microwave too.  They were an unexpected gift when I bought some soft plastic storage sets some time back, mind you I didn’t like them and gave them away but I do like these silicon tops.  I haven’t seen them in shops and would buy some bigger sizes if I could find them.
