Yum.
We had a lot of the satay sauce left over last night, so I am recycling it tonight. I will add some steak and do more rice.

Butterfly lamb roast , roast vegetables and greens .. a small ice cream . All out to the boys harvesting. This means they have the ice cream first then dinner !! Not seen DS for a few days , he comes in at midnight and puts his head around the bedroom door to say hi I’m home , cheeky smile . Sleeps in till DH wakes him up about 9 am and off again , he stepped up to header driver , when DH takes the semi into the bunker to deliver the canola . Got to see my DH nephew and partner , they live in Canberra haven’t seen them for two years ! They have tried to get Married four times due to Covid .. they picked up wedding cakes their granny my MIL made put into the freezer and taken to her parents in Geelong to mind till the stars Aline for when they finally tie the knot .

Leftovers again. My brother is coming for lunch so hopefully there won't be too much left for tonight.

I always enjoyed getting back to basic meals after eating too much over Christmas K Atie (or after going on a holiday).
