Spinach & ricotta in filo with lots of extra veg in the mix. Mashed potatoes & beans. Apple turnover for dessert.

I bought some Organic meatballs . I cooked them in the AF, 160 , 15 minutes. Tipped a tin of crushed tomatoes over and sprinkled cheese on op. Served with broccoli and rice.

I've taken some chicken out of the freezer. I'm not sure what it will become. It will need to be easy as I have book club tonight.

Home made hamburgers tonight with chips done in the AF. I made the patties with beef and lots of grated veggies.
