Last night we had fish in pita bread with salad. I cooked the fish in the AF.
Tonight is pizza.

Last night we had baked potatoes in their jacket with onion, bacon & mushroom topping and coleslaw.  Tonight is cottage pie with cauli & broccoli & asparagus.

We were given a heap of mushrooms by our neighbour so we are having meatballs in a very mushroomy sauce all over pasta.

Roast chicken with roast pumpkin and potatoes. Beans from garden.  I placed 2 pork sausages in roasting dish with chicken. They cooked perfectly.

A chicken dish made with shredded bbq chicken, ham, cheese and some sad looking veg from the fridge.  Potatoes & beans as well.

Because it is under 30 degrees we are having curry and rice with garlic and cheese naan. The naan is from Tenina’s latest book.

Duck Brest with fresh stewed plum sauce , green vegetables and potato gems !! Not a bad cook up after delivering DS back and home late , pushing through although still dizzy from Covid booster .
