K Atie, I have an extensive collection of Red Le Creuset pots and dishes. All still packed except for the very large round flat pot. I leave it on the gas top and use it for everything at the moment.
Quite hot again today , so salmon and salad.

Lasagna and greens .
Oh Chookie maybe that might be the only one I don’t have and I have gone through so many flat pans that live on the stove top too , time to invest again I think .

I had a sandwich for dinner and DH had some ham, that he heated up and put between toast. We were still full from lunch.

I went out with family for SIL’s birthday, chose garlic prawns which were easy to eat but the sauce was lacking in garlic so was a bit bland. Served with very undercooked veggies which I didn’t expect as it is usually accompanied by rice.. Back to DD’s for a smorgasbord of desserts to choose from. It was a very hot day yesterday but by the time we came out of the hotel it was freezing, luckily I took a cardigan just in case but most of them didn’t.

Judy, It sounds like you had a lovely day with the family.  Garlic prawns are yuuummm.

Last night we had jacket potatoes with, bacon, caramalized onion & mushroom topping.  DS made a very nice coleslaw to have with them.
Tonight we are having fresh whiting, home made chips, baby carrots & broccolini.

Butternut, capsicum and potato 'plait' - it was very nice but the tomato "pate" was very intense so I might calm that down a bit next time I make it.

All sounds very nice. I also love Garlic Prawns. Always have it at a local restaurant but it is a pasta dish with a little chilli that I pick out.
We had Takaway Red Rooster and ate it in the car by the lake.

That would have been lovely Chookie. We occasionally have Red Rooster.
Tonight, we are having steak with colcannon, using brussel sprouts.

Chookie that sounds like fun .
Apricot chicken legs couscous and vegetables. With all home I should double the recipe so DS can eat more and have food for lunch . Or dine a freezer stash for harvest ... I’m not looking forward to harvest meals as it’s always hard to keep warm all eating at crazy times.
