We had a recipe from RTE new book. Chicken stir fry page 98 I think. It was lovely.

Cookie, your chicken stir fry looks tasty.

We are having a beef casserole for the men, lentil patties for me, potato mash, carrots, creamed silver beet & grilled tomatoes.

Lamb steaks from Aldi marinaded in mint potato gems and the best long asparagus. Theywhere very tasty .
