Staff Xmas dinner so off we all went to a local Indian restaurant ... ate too much.   The food was delicious and we had a lovely evening.

Loved reading what everyone is cooking.
I can’t find 1/2 my ingredients and cooking dishes. Still unpacking.
Grilled salmon and risotto tonight.

We had a RTE meal. It’s chicken breasts smashed to be very thin. Dipped in egg and placed in Parmesan. Then cooked. It’s very nice.

Marina, lucky you. Love Lygon St.
Leftover Risotto. Will reheat, and add baby spinach leaves. Top with grilled chicken thighs.

BBQ lamb shanks slow cooked for a few hours baked sweet potato and broccoli carrots and asparagus. This is where my old large Le Creuset comes in handy . I use to save up and buy them on sale each year all in a royal blue bar one that is huge 28 in pale blue .
