Made Orange sesame chicken with broccoli and soba noodles. Tasted nice but disaster, dreaded the chicken and didn’t cook the greens or the noodles, so had to zap greens in microwave and cook the soba noodles longer . I even thought it was on to high a speed and did it on soft serve spoon !

RTE pasta with creamy zucchini sauce.  I added some grated carrot & finely chopped mushrooms.

We had home made burgers tonight. I was in a rush making the rolls but Chookie’s No Fuss rolls came to the rescue.
