Cooked a chicken. Cut it in half and roasted half on top of pumpkin and potatoes.    Served with spinach.2 meals.  The other half Merango casserole. Both cooked in oven at same time. Trying to save power. Yesterday was the first day since last Summer that I have had the heater on all day and night. It has been very cold.

Cookie, sounds yummy. My Sri Lankan neighbours gave me some custard squares. I think they are a traditional dish. They are flavoured with Srar Anise I think. Unusual and very nice.

We had the Beef Chilli Chipotle dish on Cookidoo. I only did a half quantity but we still had leftovers. It was very nice.
