What's for Dinner Tonight?

Pork loin thin steaks , with ginger parsley and marmalade . Baked potato greens .

Chicken and mushrooms in some form or other. Maybe with potato waffles. DD bought me a mini waffle maker on the weekend. It is very tiny and makes one at a time. I do have a big one but rarely use it.

GS for Dinner. I’d made a new batch of KFC spices so tried it out. Good, he said. He takes a bit of filling. He is 6 feet 5 inches and skinny.

DD made me Vodka pasta, no vodka . So nice to have night off cooking .

Last night DD and I had lamb blackstrap and greens . Tonight some unpleasant sweet ravioli pumpkin pasta from Aldi .

Tonight is Chicken Marsala and vegetable waffles.

Mab, with all the cooking you have been doing, you need a rest.
Chicken wrapped in Prosciutto and cooked in AF. Steamed veggies. Berry fruit.

I went to the place I buy all my flour yesterday and they persuaded me to buy 2kg of their Tomato and Herb bread mix. I have made a batch of Chookie's No Fuss rolls with it to go with the burgers we are having for dinner.
