Getting off topic here (sorry everyone), but talking of heat - how's your AC situation going Cookie?

We had a new one installed on the roof last week Marina. Thank goodness, the last 2 days have been horrid. The split system ones go in late next week. We will be very air conditioned then. 😀😀😀😀

BBQ lamb chump chops, veggies and GF bread roll. The GF commercial bread has come a long way in the last few years. The roll was from Woolies. I’m trying everything GF that I can buy. No tummy problems for over a week now.

That’s great Chookie, when are you going to try making GF bread products for yourself?

Created a tinned salmon salad with baby potatoes and lots of salad vegetables. A nice salad dressing. Too hot to cook .

We had crumbed steak, DH’s Ukrainian mashed potato and a salad.
It was cooler here today, about 33 or so.
Chookie I’m pleased that going GF is helping you.

Judy, Dan Leppard has 2 very good GF bread recipes , so will make these. However it’s nice to know that I can buy decent bread if I need to.
Cookie, thanks, it’s easier than I thought and the tummy benefits are certainly worth the effort.
Tonight, grilled salmon and salad.

We had pieces of sizzle steak spread with Dijon mustard, a piece of bacon on it and then rolled up. We had veggies with it.
