Last night, curry mince on toast, tonight vegetarian moussaka and salad from garden. Bread roll.

Yes I try something different each time I have one, working my way through the book of recipes I’ve made but only when it’s hot. We haven’t had a hot summer yet so I’ve got plenty of frozen packs of fruit and veg still to use. The one I had last night was from the Sunday paper and was very nice with the additions they suggested.

Lobster with potato salad and salad. I bought the lobster pack from Aldi before Xmas.  They look good.
Fresh fruit for dinner.
