We had Firecracker Beef with rice. I managed to get some chilli in my eye. Gosh it really hurt for ages. All fixed now.

Had a little roast pork belly leftover. Diced it into small cubes. Added it to frying pan with leftover green beans and carrots. Heated through and added a small container of cooked brown rice. Added a few drops of sesame oil and soy sauce. Nice. Sort of fried rice.
Also reheated Pear crumble and added some apple sauce , left over from roast pork meal.

Chookie, when I make quiche / frittata I use soy milk and nutritional yeast flakes which works really well instead of dairy milk and cheese (I also cheat and use garlic powder and onion powder).
