Stir fried veggies and rice noodles with oyster sauce, the only Asian sauce I know of which doesn’t contain garlic or onion.

Tomato, celery and Apple soup from my Blog with whole grain bread. Berry fluff.   Main meal at lunch time. Grilled eye fillet and veggies.
