Inspired by JulieO's burgers so that's what we're having. It's bumping Saturday night pizza off the menu plan.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Tonight I'm using the recipe from mothermiser.com (it's super quick and easy).
I also use a Jamie Oliver recipe for pumpkin, chickpea and coconut curry from meatfreemondays .com more involved but worth the effort.

Roast lamb and veggies for us. (we have an abundance of lamb at the moment)
Made some custard to have with some preserved apricots (thanks mum)

Judy's pork belly,  mash, apple sauce. green beans and Chinese Pickled Red Cabbage. Left over Portuguese Custard tarts..

Not hungry now that I have licked the screen with that hamburger.  ;D ;D
